Is there a free trial?
Yes. Hosts who sign up start with a 14-day free trial on any plan, and only start paying once it ends.
Do I need a property management system?
Not to get started: any plan works with properties you add by hand. Autopilot Host and 360 Host are built around a connected PMS, which lets Eve read reservations and reply on OTA, WhatsApp, email and text. We connect to Guesty, Hostaway, Hostify, HomHero and Resly today, with more on the way. See the Hostaway setup guide for what connecting looks like.
What is the difference between Autopilot Host and 360 Host?
360 Host adds Guest Turnover and a dedicated cleaner portal. It costs A$4 more per property each month, takes no fee on stay upgrades, pays you 8% on experience bookings instead of 4%, and is 20% off when you pay yearly. Paid yearly, 360 Host costs the same as Autopilot Host.
Is there a minimum number of properties?
No. You pay per property, whether you manage one or a few hundred. Portfolios with more than 200 properties can email us about bespoke pricing.
What currency are prices in?
Australian dollars. Prices are per property, per month unless you choose yearly billing.
