This Cookie Policy explains how EvryStay Pty Ltd ('EvryStay', 'we', 'us' and 'our') uses cookies, browser storage, analytics scripts and similar technologies on the public website at https://evrystay.com ('Website'). It should be read with our Privacy Policy at https://evrystay.com/privacy.
This policy describes the Website's verified current implementation. It does not describe cookies or storage used separately by the EvryStay host platform, guest experiences, mobile applications or third-party websites reached through outbound links.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files a website or service provider can place on your device. Local storage and session storage are browser features that can retain information without using a cookie. Analytics scripts and ordinary server requests can also transmit technical information such as a page address, referrer, browser or device details and IP-derived location.
React is the framework used to render the Website and does not itself set cookies. Whether a technology stores or receives information depends on how the Website and its service providers are configured.

The Website is delivered through Vercel and related network infrastructure. Hosting, content-delivery or security providers may use strictly necessary, transient cookies or similar request signals for routing, load balancing, fraud prevention, bot detection or security. The source does not evidence stable cookie names or durations for those provider-controlled mechanisms, so we describe them by category rather than listing unverified names.
Upstash Redis is used server-side for integration-request records and does not itself place an Upstash cookie in your browser through the current Website implementation. Some lead forms also send submitted information to a Google Apps Script endpoint for storage in Google Sheets. Those server-side records are personal-information handling, not browser cookies; our Privacy Policy provides the broader privacy details.
Advertising and third-party links
No non-essential advertising cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site retargeting technologies are intentionally configured on the current Website. Links to services such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok are ordinary outbound links, not embedded trackers; those services may use cookies after you choose to visit them under their own policies.
The Website does not currently provide a cookie consent banner or a separate Website opt-out control. We do not claim that such a mechanism is implemented. If a non-essential technology requiring a choice is introduced, this policy and the Website controls should be updated before or when it is enabled.
Your browser controls
You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data, including local storage. You can also use browser privacy protections or content-blocking tools to limit analytics and third-party requests. Blocking or deleting storage may remove saved Website choices or historical form backups, but the main public pages should remain available.
Instructions differ by browser. Consult the privacy, cookies or site-data section of your browser's help documentation. Clearing browser data does not delete a form submission already sent to EvryStay or a service provider; contact us if you wish to make a privacy request concerning submitted information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the Website, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
