Pricing compared
EvryStay publishes its prices: A$6, A$16 or A$20 per property each month, depending on the plan. You can see every plan on the pricing page.
SuiteOp does not publish per-property prices. Its site says plans start at a US$3,000 yearly minimum, about US$250 a month, and that pricing is tailored to your portfolio.
For a host with five properties on Autopilot Host, EvryStay costs A$80 a month, with Eve answering guests on every channel. If you manage a handful of properties, a yearly minimum can cost more than the portfolio needs.
When EvryStay fits better

- You manage anywhere from one property to a few hundred, with no minimum spend.
- Your focus is the guest: a branded app, a digital guide, upsells and an AI assistant that replies for you.
